Southbank is situated in a quiet road in the center of Elgin a minutes walk to restaurants and shops.popular for golf ,fishing and malt whiskey and castle seekers.

A family en suite room, this room has one double and two single beds and will sleep four people.

There are only three bedrooms in the new annexe ideal for a small party of seven people. These rooms have special bathrooms in them.

These bathrooms are only in the new annexe superior rooms. Two of the rooms have baths and showers and one room has a large shower.

Dinning room with seated area has a TV, and DVD player, the dinning room has about 24 place settings for breakfast.

A Wee catch

Fresh water ,sea river or trout pond, this is the place for fishing. This is one of the many fish my son has caught this year.

The moray coast is surrounded with the most beautiful soft golden sandy beaches with lovely coastle walks ,there are dinosaur prints near cove bay or walk to the daisy rock or look for cathie mooies(a sea shell that locals say looks like a cows head.
